Carlie Ballard

The Wide Leg Wanderer Pant

Sale price Price $179.00 Regular price $199.00

These pants are a bit spesh - with only 3 pairs available, they were a past-season style that Carlie brought back just for us, using ends-of-rolls of divine hand-loomed fabric. (Scroll down for more pics!)

I have been living in these beauties, and think they are perhaps my favourite pants of all time! They have a wide, slightly cropped leg, a tailored high waist band with a button closure, and very long tie (for all of the bow and flow goodness).

In a gorgeous coral and white print, they will be your go to throughout the year. Just tuck in a tank, tee or knit, pop on boots or flats and you're ready for work, play, travel, dancing and all other life adventures.

More about Carlie Ballard

Carlie Ballard is an incredibly-transparent Australian fashion brand advocating for ethical and sustainable practices, and quality, independent design. Carlie, based in New South Wales, is a founding director of the Clean Cut Fashion Association, Australia’s ethical and sustainable fashion association.

Carlie’s collections are trans-seasonal, easy to wear, and exceptionally tailored. Each garment is made using individually dyed yarns and traditional wooden hand looms, powered by master artisans in Southern India. You can feel and see the love and artistry in each piece.

Garments are sewn in a small NGO workshop in Lucknow India, which provides training, excellent working conditions and fair pay to the women it employs.

Carlie Ballard is also a low-waste brand. She avoids the use of unnecessary hardware, uses all biodegradable packaging and orders small quantities of fabric at a time, minimising fabric waste and often making to order (for businesses like us!).
