We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping for all orders over $99.
For orders below this amount you can select either $10 regular shipping or $15 express post options at checkout.
All parcels will be sent within 2 business days of the order being placed (although we are usually able to ship within 24 hours). This said, get in touch if you need your order in a hurry and we will do our best to rush it off to the post office.
For our customers in New Zealand, shipping is a flat rate of $20 AUD.
If you’re not in Australia or NZ, please send us an email at email@example.com or complete the contact form with your location (country and postcode) and we will get an international shipping quote to you asap. Please note all import taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are working towards being a zero-waste biz. We therefore ship in biodegradable and compostable mailing bags and use minimal extra/unnecessary packaging.
Your postage satchel is compostable at home or can be placed in your green bin (if you have one – I know not all councils are onto this yet).
returns & exchanges
We want you to love your clothes and wear them out.
If for any reason you don’t love your purchase and would like to return a garment, please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your order, including the order number and reason for the return. We will get back to you with how and where to return your garment. Return post will be at the cost of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Returns are available on full-priced stock only. Sale or used items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Returns must be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags attached (and all packaging in-tact, apart from the postage satchel).
As many of the pieces we stock are hand-made or one-offs, we cannot guarantee we will have another size in the same style available, which is why we don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to swap for another size or style, please return your original item and purchase the replacement as a separate order.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on undies/swimwear bottoms or swimwear one-pieces for hygiene reasons.
In case of a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving the item and we will advise of the returns process. In this case, we will ask you to include the return post receipt in the returned package so we can reimburse you.
