Would you like Slowclothes to present to your students, business or social group?
Our founder Kari, with a background in research and teaching, truly believes knowledge is power. The more we know, the more power we have – as everyday citizens, as consumers and as activists – to make more sustainable, empowering choices. Kari draws on her deep understanding of global economic and social systems, sustainability and health to help others understand the impacts of the fashion industry on ecosystems, climate change, and human health and wellbeing. She has also developed a list of easy-to-implement actions to help anyone and everyone get involved in minimising the negative impacts of the fashion industry, at the individual level - with ensuring their clothing choices actually do good - and beyond.
To book a school talk or presentation (we can present to pretty much anyone – age, group size, or business) please fill in the contact form here and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Just let us know the who, where, why and when.
To book an in-home ethical fashion workshop, please see more on Slow Sessions here.
